Welcome to Royalty Lux Transportation LLC! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our luxury private transportation services (“Services”). By booking or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Royalty Lux Transportation LLC provides premium private transportation services, including but not limited to chauffeured vehicles, airport transfers, special event transportation, corporate and private tours in Nashville. All Services are subject to availability and confirmation of your booking.
2. Booking and Payment
- Reservations: Bookings must be made through our website or by contacting our customer service team. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and a confirmation from Royalty Lux Transportation LLC.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, Zelle and cash. All prices are in american dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 75% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Conduct: Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward our chauffeurs and staff. Any abusive, illegal, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of the Service without refund.
- Property: Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct. Repair or cleaning costs will be charged to the client.
- Luggage: Clients must inform us of oversized or excessive luggage in advance. Royalty Lux Transportation LLC is not liable for lost or damaged personal belongings unless caused by our negligence.
- Security: To ensure the safety of both the client and the driver, the service is not allowed to be stopped or disembarked during the trip until the requested destination is reached.
4. Service Standards
- Punctuality: We strive to provide timely service. However, delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, and Royalty Lux Transportation LLC will not be liable for such delays.
- Vehicle Substitution: We reserve the right to substitute vehicles with equivalent or higher-quality alternatives if the requested vehicle is unavailable.
- Safety: All passengers must wear seat belts where provided.
5. Liability
- Royalty Lux Transportation LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, including but not limited to missed flights, events, or appointments.
- Our liability for direct damages is limited to (insurance details to be added).
- Clients assume responsibility for ensuring the Service meets their specific needs (e.g., accessibility requirements).
6. Privacy
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to such collection and use.
7. Force Majeure
Royalty Lux Transportation LLC is not liable for failure to perform Services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nashville/Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of General Sessions Court, 408 2nd Ave N, Suite 2110, Nashville, TN 37201.
